Overview of Hand & Wrist
The hand and wrist are the tools that we use to manipulate our world. They are complex, with 27 bones, three major nerves, and many muscles and tendons. The nerves communicate with the brain and spinal cord. The bones provide stability while the muscles and tendons provide motion and strength.
Symptoms
- Joint swelling
- Burning, aching, stabbing pain with or without movement
- Weakness in the wrist
