FEES
We are preferred providers for a wide range of insurance programs. Refer to your insurance booklet for a list of providers. Once your insurance company has been billed, it is your responsibility to pay the deductibles, co-payments, and non-covered services in a timely manner. We do not want financial problems to be a barrier to your treatment and are willing to work with you to develop a plan to meet your special needs.
